The fishing and tourist port is located north-east of the town. It is protected by two jetties with a west-oriented entrance. The port includes two inner quays, dry docks and a slipway.
Caution: Careful attention must be paid to any silting near the green light. Dredging works are carried out every year, nonetheless it is advisable to contact radio channel 16 prior to entering the port. In adverse weather conditions (sea force higher than 3) it is not advisable entering and leaving the port
Access: vessels should contact the local Maritime Authority (Ufficio Circondariale Marittimo) in Roccella (Vhf channel 16) prior to entering the port. Entering craft should sail parallel to the coast towards the red light and stay in the middle of the entrance.
Bans: Bathing, fishing and waste disposal are not allowed. It is forbidden to put buoys, mooring buoys or mooring posts as well as anchoring, buoy mooring, engine testing, navigating and sailing near the docks.

Winds: quadrants III and IV: the port is protected from all the winds but the south-west wind; because of shallow sea beds, the fresh breeze blowing at the port entrance may cause a dangerous backwash, causing serious difficulties for craft.
